Your team brings the ideas.
AI helps at every step.
From the first idea said in the room to the final decision: AI can facilitate your workshop, captures who said what and turns the conversation into cards as people speak. It brings in expert views and helps your team score and choose. People decide, AI does the heavy lifting.
Your team leads. AI does the legwork.
Five steps from the first idea to the decision, with a clear split of roles.
Run the session
Your team: Talk, sketch, disagree.
AI: Facilitates if you want: keeps time, asks the next question, invites quieter people in.
Capture
Your team: Just talk, in the room or remote.
AI: Turns the conversation into ideas, questions and decisions, with the name of who said it.
Challenge
Your team: Build on each other's ideas.
AI: Experts from your library test every idea from their angle: customer, CFO, engineer.
Decide
Your team: Make the call.
AI: Pre-scores every idea against your criteria and shows the trade-offs on a matrix.
Follow through
Your team: Act on it.
AI: Writes the protocol, lists the next steps and keeps every idea and decision findable for the next workshop.
Meet your AI team.
A facilitator who keeps the session moving and writes the protocol, and experts who research, challenge and score every idea. Pick them from the library, adjust them or create your own.
The AI facilitator
Keeps the session moving and everyone heard
The customer
Cares about ease, speed and feeling heard
The CFO
Cares about cost, payback and risk
The engineer
Cares about feasibility, effort and dependencies
The data protection officer
Cares about personal data, consent and retention
The skeptic
Cares about weak spots and hidden assumptions

Questions teams ask before they start
- Why not just record it and ask a chatbot?
- A recording gives you a summary after the meeting. IdeaHone works during it: a live board everyone shapes while they talk, an AI facilitator and experts who ask, challenge and fill gaps, and ideas, questions and decisions that are clustered and ready to score. Every idea is followed from first mention to decision across all your sessions, instead of starting from zero each time.
- Is the meeting recorded?
- No audio is stored. IdeaHone only listens after the facilitator presses Start listening and confirms that everyone was informed. Speech is turned into text and the audio is discarded. By default the transcription runs inside the browser, so the audio never leaves the device.
- Where is our data stored?
- On servers in Germany, run by a German host. IdeaHone follows the GDPR, and organisations get a data processing agreement for the content of their sessions.
- Does the AI see our content? Is it used to train models?
- Only the excerpts the AI needs are sent to the AI provider your organisation chooses, with settings under which the content is not used for training wherever the provider offers this. If you prefer, choose the local model: then no text leaves the browser at all.
- What will our works council or our participants say?
- IdeaHone is built for workshops, not for monitoring. Participants are informed before listening starts, voice recognition only works for people who explicitly agreed to it, and your organisation decides what is kept and for how long.
- Does the AI decide which ideas win?
- No. The AI team proposes: cards, questions, research and pre-scores. Your team edits, discusses and decides. Every card, summary and score can be changed.
- Can external guests take part?
- Yes. Share a participant link and guests join with just their name, see the board live and add their own cards. No account needed.
- Can we delete our data?
- Yes, at any time: single sessions, whole projects or your entire organisation. You can also set an automatic deletion period for transcripts.
- Do we need to install anything?
- No. IdeaHone runs in the browser. In the room you need one laptop with a microphone, and everyone else can follow on their own screen.
